Savoury cocktails are very much a 'thing', and the folks behind Bitter Bastards have got a great tool for anyone looking to make some - centrifugally extracted, rapidly macerated Celery Bitters! Particularly terrific in Bloody Mary cocktails, and great for use in all sorts of gin-based beverages that could use a hint of vegetal, savoury deliciousness.

Bols Melon is a light emerald green liqueur based on the honeydew melon. Green melon liqueur became a popular cocktail ingredient in the height of the 70s disco boom in drinks such as the Sex on the Beach and June Bug.

Appearance: Clear, lurid bright green.

Aroma: Clean, freshly cut, fragrant, honeydew melon with slight boiled sweet note.

Taste: Slightly syrupy sweet, superbly clean, super ripe honeydew melon with faint banana, mint and peardrops.

Aftertaste: Long peardrop, melon and mint finish.

Pere Kermann is an absinthe made with worm wood extract. It's a bright blue shooter. Sweet, spirituous and drying with notes of mint and anise.

A subtle combination of bitter orange skin from Haiti and sweet orange zest from the south of Spain. The addition of aromatic plants gives the characteristic touch specific to Marie Brizard Triple Sec.

Fiorito Limoncello is made according to our traditional Sicilian family recipe and was awarded a variety of international prizes. This subtle sweet lemon liqueur is milder and fresher than other limoncello brands. Because we only use the thinly-sliced peels of our organic lemons our limoncello has a rich and mild taste. We never add any artificial flavours/additives.

Drink Fiorito Limoncello freezing cold as a perfect finish of your dinner or, for example, mixed with Prosecco as a festive aperitif.
