Vinification and refinement:

Manual harvest and selection of the best bunches. Once destemmed, the grapes are sent to the spontaneous fermentation process in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and with frequent batônnage, where they will conclude the maceration lasting a total of 25 days. After racking, we proceed with the malolactic fermentation, always carried out in steel. In December, the wine is decanted into barriques, where it is matured and refined for 24 months. This is followed by a 3-month rest period in the bottle before release, which makes it a wine with exceptional expressive balance.

Introduced in 1928 by Niccolo' Antinori, Villa Antinori Rosso is a full-bodied and complex red wine combining elegance, structure and smooth tannins. Bardolino Classico is a red wine produced from the traditional (Classico) vineyard area at the heart of the Bardolino DOC in Veneto, north-eastern Italy.
