The art of distillation has been a Nonino Family privilege since 1897. Quality, innovation, research, professionalism and love for their work are their distinctive mark. Nonino distillates in fabulous cocktails and aperitifs for the happiness of the palate and the spirit. Quintessentia” is a bitter that originates from an ancient recipe, developed in 1933 by Antonio Nonino. Antonio was in fact passionate about the typical Friulian traditions, in which herbal infusions have always played an important role. He therefore decided to try his hand at producing an Amaro, whose recipe has been revived by the current generation of the family since 1992. A label in which sweetness and bitter flavours blend together in harmony, providing a centred and linear tasting experience.
