The Villa Sparina Gavi di Gavi DOCG is a white wine made from 100% Cortese grapes and perfectly reflects the historic identity of Villa Sparina. This Italian classic is bright yellow in colour with a delicate bouquet of flowers and fruit with a scent of peach. Full and rich in flavour, the complete grape-ripening gives a wine which is lively, fresh and soft on the palate with a wonderful aromatic flavour to finish. Colour: The wine’s brilliance and clarity show pale golden highlights, combined with very fine bubbles that carry an abundant, persistent foam. Nose: Delicate, subtle aroma of wine is revealed mild citrus and herbal undertones. Palate: Fruity with a scent of peach, fresh and well balanced. A pure, rich sparkling wine with a full body and a round texture. Flavorful. Lots of character and beauty.
