On the nose, delicate notes of cherries and ripe red fruit, typical of Sangiovese and Syrah, mingle with the characteristic balsamic sensations of Merlot. The palate is ample and supple and the finish and aftertaste are fruity. It is produced with Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and a small part of Riesling Renano, whose harvest takes place entirely by hand in the third decade of August. After a very soft pressing of the grapes, the must is transferred to steel where fermentation starts at a temperature that does not exceed 18 ° C. The wine then ages in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve its freshness and aromatic composition. It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
