Exclusively blue ragweed is used for the Rooster Rojo Tequilas. The Rooster Rojo Tequila AÑEJO 100% de Agave matures for at least one year in ex-bourbon barrels. The bottle shape is based on the Tequila Volcano, which can be seen from the distillery.Tasting notes:Colour: mahogany. Nose: oak, chocolate, tobacco, coffee. Taste: caramel, oak, vanilla, roasted agave. Finish: Long lasting, smooth, vanilla, oak.
