Pokeno Revelation uses spring water from the volcanic hills surrounding the distillery in New Zealand. The barley comes from family-run farms located in the fertile south of the island. Revelation is also part of the distillery’s Corerange, which places a lot of emphasis on the New Zealand terroir for its bottlings. The Single Malt is a blend of distillates that are fully matured in first-fill bourbon casks and new red wine casks. They are then brought together for a final period of maturation in casks.

Pokeno Revelation uses spring water from the volcanic hills surrounding the distillery in New Zealand. The barley comes from family-run farms located in the fertile south of the island. A litre bottle of the classic deluxe blend that has stood the test of time. Based on Glenkinchie with traces of other more northerly distilleries, Dimple benefits from an extended marrying period. Rich, smooth and complex.

Evan Williams Black Label is medium amber in color.

The nose: is light with deep vanilla and mint.

On tasting: there are notes of honey, brown sugar and caramel, with a medium to long finish!
