GRAPE VARIETY: A blend of red varietals

VINIFICATION: This refined sparkling extra dry rosé is obtained through soft pressing of the grapes which have been left to macerate for a few hours to give this cuvée its brilliant “peach blossom” pink hue.

APPEARANCE: Brilliant peach color

AROMA: Pink grapefruit, pomegranate and black currant with a hint of wild rose

PALATE: Well-balanced acidity with notes of red raspberry and strawberry and a fine persistent perlage.

ALCOHOL: 11.5%

ACIDITY: 6.5 g/l

SUGAR: 14-17 g/l

Lamberti Soave is a blend of Garganega and Trebbiano grapes from the hills of Soave, near Verona. Dry, crisp and fruity, pale yellow colour.

Villa Antinori Bianco is a white that comes from the union of several grape varieties in harmony with each other, coming exclusively from the owned vineyards, which maintains the spirit and principles that characterize the production style of the Antinori house.

It is produced with Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and a small part of Riesling Renano, whose harvest takes place entirely by hand in the third decade of August. After a very soft pressing of the grapes, the must is transferred to steel where fermentation starts at a temperature that does not exceed 18 ° C.

The wine then ages in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve its freshness and aromatic composition. It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The perfume is fine and elegant, with fruity notes of banana and pineapple alternating with hints of white flowers. In the mouth it shows a balanced wine, pleasantly persistent and mineral. Ideal in the company of light fish dishes, it is excellent to combine with steamed vegetables.

Solandia Nero d'Avola, Nero d’Avola is a grape variety native to Sicily. With its dark, ripe-berried fruit and a hint of liquorice and vanilla spice, it shows a similarity in style to Shiraz. This wonderful red Wine from Solandia is grown in Sicilia. This wine is exclusive to Matthew Clark, you won't find it at multiple retailers. Available in 75cl bottles, supplied by GIV Grouppo Italiano Vini. Solandia Nero d'Avola, Terre Siciliane is a delighful wine, made from Nero D'Avola grapes. UMBRIA IGT- Santa Cristina Bianco is straw yellow in color.

On the nose intense fruity aromas of apricots, Golden apples and canned peaches blend with notes of candied fruit. Its palate is well-balanced, flavorful, fresh and supple with a fruity finish that brings back aromas perceived on the nose.

TASTING NOTES:

View: straw yellow.

Nose: delicate aromas of flowers, citrus (yellow grapefruit, lime) and a mineral texture. Mouth: fresh attack, with good softness and a tasty and pleasant finish.

APPELLATION: Umbria.
