Though run by the Boscaini family for six generations, it is really in the last fifty years that Masi has established itself as one of the Veneto’s most innovative wine producers. In the late 1950s, they identified certain historic vineyard plots which are vinified as Amarone and bottled separately to this day.

In 1964, they launched the now-legendary Campofiorin, which revived the technique of a second fermentation with semi-dried grapes. Masi have also rescued the ancient Oseleta variety from extinction, and continue to use it in two of their celebrated Super venetian wines.

UMBRIA IGT- Santa Cristina Bianco is straw yellow in color.

On the nose intense fruity aromas of apricots, Golden apples and canned peaches blend with notes of candied fruit. Its palate is well-balanced, flavorful, fresh and supple with a fruity finish that brings back aromas perceived on the nose.

TASTING NOTES:

View: straw yellow.

Nose: delicate aromas of flowers, citrus (yellow grapefruit, lime) and a mineral texture. Mouth: fresh attack, with good softness and a tasty and pleasant finish.

APPELLATION: Umbria.

GRAPES: Grechetto, procanico and viogner

PAIRING: as an appetizer with shrimp and zucchini pasta or a risotto of asparagus.

Villa Antinori Bianco is a white that comes from the union of several grape varieties in harmony with each other, coming exclusively from the owned vineyards, which maintains the spirit and principles that characterize the production style of the Antinori house.

It is produced with Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and a small part of Riesling Renano, whose harvest takes place entirely by hand in the third decade of August. After a very soft pressing of the grapes, the must is transferred to steel where fermentation starts at a temperature that does not exceed 18 ° C.

The wine then ages in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve its freshness and aromatic composition. It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The perfume is fine and elegant, with fruity notes of banana and pineapple alternating with hints of white flowers. In the mouth it shows a balanced wine, pleasantly persistent and mineral. Ideal in the company of light fish dishes, it is excellent to combine with steamed vegetables.

It is an infusion of bittere herbs, aromatic plants and fruit in alcohol and water. The blend is a secret family recipe, originally created by Gaspare Campari in 1860 in Novara, Italy. It is versatile and fits in well with classic cocktails, without losing its strong and unique taste. It is perfect for the Negroni.

Solandia Nero d'Avola, Nero d’Avola is a grape variety native to Sicily. With its dark, ripe-berried fruit and a hint of liquorice and vanilla spice, it shows a similarity in style to Shiraz. This wonderful red Wine from Solandia is grown in Sicilia. This wine is exclusive to Matthew Clark, you won't find it at multiple retailers. Available in 75cl bottles, supplied by GIV Grouppo Italiano Vini. Solandia Nero d'Avola, Terre Siciliane is a delighful wine, made from Nero D'Avola grapes. Concentrated, vivid ruby red colour. Pervasive, complex aromas with marked ripe fruit (Morello cherries and raspberries) and pleasing flor notes (irises and Parma violets). Rounded, full-bodied, soft and fruity flavor, very tangy and harmonious.
