It is a red that stands out for its wide bouquet of fruity, floral and spicy notes, as well as for being broad and round on the palate. Vinification and refinement:

Manual harvest and selection of the best bunches. Once destemmed, the grapes are sent to the spontaneous fermentation process in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and with frequent batônnage, where they will conclude the maceration lasting a total of 25 days. After racking, we proceed with the malolactic fermentation, always carried out in steel. In December, the wine is decanted into barriques, where it is matured and refined for 24 months. This is followed by a 3-month rest period in the bottle before release, which makes it a wine with exceptional expressive balance.
