Il Vino dei Poeti Venezia DOC Rosé is a sparkling wine where  personality, freshness and liveliness meet a delicate and  captivating pink color, and an intense and persistent bouquet.  These characteristics are typical of the grape’s originary  territory among the provinces of Treviso and Venice. DOC  Venezia is a recent designation of origin, whose regulations  were published on 7th January 2011 and modified on 30th  November of the same year.

Color and Appearance: Pink color with fine and persistent perlage.

Bouquet: Beginning with fruity hints of cherry and wild berries (raspberry, currant and wild blackberry), it has pleasant and delicate floral notes in the finish.

Taste: Fresh, lively and pleasantly dry, with fruity and floral sensations. It is also characterized by a remarkable retro-olfactory persistence.

Serving Suggestions: ideal as an aperitif and in cocktails, it goes well with starters, first courses and white meat. It is also a perfect match with fried vegetables and prosciutto crudo, soppressa and other cold cuts.

Appellation: Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia

Alcohol: 11.0%Varietals: 85% Glera, 15% Pinot Noir Terroir: Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero and Raboso fruit is sourced from the best hillside vineyards across Treviso in the Veneto.

Vinification: Red fruit is vinified with the saigné method.

The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in closed pressure tanks via the Charmat method to obtain a fine mousse.

Elegant perfumes of strawberries and citrus lead to an attractive palate with mixed berry fruits that linger on the finish. This wine is wonderful on its own, and pairs well with savory appetizers, complex seafood dishes and anything spicy. The elegant mousse will refresh your palate for the next bite and contrasting the bubbles with something soft or creamy can elevate your next meal. Open a bottle along with goat cheese souffle, scallops with roasted garlic and pesto, or a slow-cooked spicy red chicken curry. It also brings a delightful sparkle to a festive brunch or your favorite rich dessert.

Blend: 55% Chardonnay, 40% Glera and 5% Malbec

Chateau Ksara Sunset Rose, an intense pink colour with an aroma of red berries and a hint of spiciness, with an initial roundness in the mouth, and finishing with a fresh and vivid taste. Winemaking & maturing Selected from the best vats of red grapes, this wine is obtained by bleeding. After 10 to 14 hours of maceration, fermentation is done at a low temperature (18°C). Once the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wine is racked-off and sulphured to avoid malolactic fermentation. Once it has stabilised, SUNSET is bottled in the spring, to preserve its ripe fruit flavours. Ageing Better appreciated the first year; it can be kept for up to 2 years in a good cellar. Serving This fresh robust wine, with its slightly spicy aroma, is the ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean or Oriental cuisine. It also complements raw vegetables and cold meat. It should be served chilled (8-10°C) in order to reveal its spicy flavour, freshness and balance.
