Nipozzano Chianti Rufina Riserva Bundle is the emblematic wine of Frescobaldi's Castello Nipozzano, a historic estate located a few kilometers north-east of Florence, as well as a symbol of the Tuscan winemaking tradition and the indissoluble bond with the terroir.
It is a red that stands out for its wide bouquet of fruity, floral and spicy notes, as well as for being broad and round on the palate.
The elegant “Flora” edition box contains 3 0.75L bottles of Nipozzano Riserva Chianti Rufina Bundle.
It is equipped with comfortable carrying handles and a sliding lid. Of excellent presentation, it is an original gift idea for enthusiasts and lovers of good wine.
Vinification and refinement:Manual harvest and selection of the best bunches. Once destemmed, the grapes are sent to the spontaneous fermentation process in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and with frequent batônnage, where they will conclude the maceration lasting a total of 25 days. After racking, we proceed with the malolactic fermentation, always carried out in steel. In December, the wine is decanted into barriques, where it is matured and refined for 24 months. This is followed by a 3-month rest period in the bottle before release, which makes it a wine with exceptional expressive balance. | Wine Bags with Handles!
