The careful selection of grapes, distillation and prolonged aging in top-quality oak casks make Torres 10 a spirit of extraordinary flavor and aroma; characteristics that have made it the most widely sold Brandy Gran Reserva in the world. The aging process uses the Solera System, which gently blends the spirits as they age. This dynamic system allows for consistent, balanced aging, because the vintages blend continuously.

Doing so maintains the freshest expression of varietal character as the newly distilled spirit blends with older brandies to acquire depth and structure.

The resulting spirit is aromatic, intense, expressive, structured and voluptuous.

The palate reveals silky, unctuous notes that gain structure and firmness from the tannins imparted by the wood during prolonged aging.

The blend of soleras displays a fine topaz colour, an intense bouquet of dried fruits with warm hints of cinnamon and an extremely smooth palate.

Grapes have been grown in this region of Northern Spain  since the 11 century. Arinzano is the first winery in this area to by awarded Spains highest quality classification of Vinos de Pago. This is their top cuvee selected from a double selection of Chardonnay grapes and aged for 11 months in French oak barrels. It displays the elegance and complexity of the soil and climate of the Pago de Arinzano estate. Hints of citrus fruits combine with mineral notes, dry fruits and brioche, creamy and lingering on the palate with exceptional length and balance.

The wine is produced from Spanish grape varieties and then gets its deep electric color by the addition of anthyocyacin, a natural pigment extracted from the grape peel and the bacon, a natural pigment derived from the egg plant.
