A premium Caribbean rum with a Scottish connection. This Jamaican rum is one of Cut Rum’s signature expressions and uses pot still from Forsyth’s Still Makers in Speyside. Aged in American bourbon barrels, this is heavy on the spice. Infused with peppercorns from Madagascar, cinnamon and aniseed from India and nutmeg from the West Indies, Cut Rum have scoured the globe for the finest natural ingredients.

The nose gives off notes of orange, vanilla, and dried spices.

On the taste is creamy caramel, sea salt and peppercorn, leading to a lingering spicy finish. Real rum, real spice.

A deep mahogany complexion with a stone fruit, plum and sandalwood on the nose, this complex spirit delivers orange marmalade and dark stone fruit with bursts of black currant and tupelo honey.
