During his 30 years of residence at the Caribe Hilton he served the Piña Colada with his original recipe making it one of the most popular summer cocktails in history. The Piña Colada is now the official drink of Puerto Rico and one of Coppa Cocktails preferred cocktail treats for warm summer days.
