A particularly exciting Tequila from the cracking Cenote range, which has been aged in for over a year in American oak casks. You might notice that this expression doesn’t have the same golden hue as other aged Tequilas. Well, after maturation, the Cristalino goes through an activated carbon filter, removing the spirit’s colour but not the flavour. This makes it a good choice for cocktails, as it won’t alter the colour of your drinks, but will add a hearty helping of deliciousness.
Tasting Notes: Spicy cinnamon and ginger, soft chocolatey sweetness and plenty of vegetal boldness.
