A toast to the timeless tempo of Trinidad and Tobago, with its vibrant and exotic nature, Angostura Tamboo is the perfect, playful partner to all of life’s Carnival moments and it likes to dress accordingly – carefree, fast and fun.

Tamboo is the bamboo drum that’s made Carnival beats on T&T streets since 1884.

In a highball glass with some sweetly sour citrus, it’s a drink fit for calypso kings and queens or whoever you want to be.

EYES: Amber

SMELL: Spicy and rich with notes of vanilla and toffee apples, with hints of cardamom & cinnamon

TASTE: Warm cinnamon adds to the bold vanilla, cake tones. Very inviting nutmeg and smoky cardamom flavours exudes the spirit, with a marzipan finish. Medium finish.

Dead Man's Fingers Coconut Rum is made using a blend of Caribbean Rums as well as spices that have been added. It is created by The Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives, which serves fresh sea food with Rum! El Dorado 12-Year Rum is composed of a blend of aged rums, all at least 12 years old. The rums are distilled using a combination of stills including double wooden pot stills and are aged in bourbon oak casks.Demerara Distillers of Guyana produces El Dorado 12-year rum and is the country’s last remaining distillery, with origins tracing back to 1670.
