We only use the world’s finest, the Trinitario cocoa from Trinidad and Tobago. This paired with 200 years of unparalleled bitters expertise have resulted in this truly decadent, indulgent new flavour. Top notes of rich bitter, floral, nutty cocoa with a bold infusion of aromatic botanicals provide endless possibilities to remix classic cocktails and put a luxurious spin on a main dish or a sweet treat. Trinidad and Tobago is one of the few countries designated as a 100% fine or flavour cocoa producer. A status it has held for decades.
Tasting Notes
Rich, dark brown color. On the nose, distinct cocoa inveigles the nose to inviting warm spices and citrus undertones. On the palate, top notes of rich, floral, nutty cocoa combined with an intoxicating infusion of aromatic botanicals.

Particularly terrific in Bloody Mary cocktails, and great for use in all sorts of gin-based beverages that could use a hint of vegetal, savoury deliciousness. Country: England ABV: 40% | These are the Bitter Bastards vanilla Bitters, macerated, centrifugally-extracted bitters will add a good deal of vanilla to your drinks. | Enjoyably spicy, subtly herbaceous and mostly definitely a proper bitter bastard - this is a 10cl bottle of Bitter Bastards Cumin Bitters, made with specially selected spirit, rapid-maceration and centrifugal extraction!
