We only use the world’s finest, the Trinitario cocoa from Trinidad and Tobago. This paired with 200 years of unparalleled bitters expertise have resulted in this truly decadent, indulgent new flavour. Top notes of rich bitter, floral, nutty cocoa with a bold infusion of aromatic botanicals provide endless possibilities to remix classic cocktails and put a luxurious spin on a main dish or a sweet treat. Trinidad and Tobago is one of the few countries designated as a 100% fine or flavour cocoa producer. A status it has held for decades.

Enjoyably spicy, subtly herbaceous and mostly definitely a proper bitter bastard - this is a 10cl bottle of Bitter Bastards Cumin Bitters, made with specially selected spirit, rapid-maceration and centrifugal extraction!

A 10cl bottle of Bitter Bastards Chipotle Bitter, which will look just as at home on your home bar as they would in your kitchen's spice rack. Add a few drops of these rapidly-macerated, centrifugally extracted to your drinks to give them an enjoyably bitter, mouthwateringly spicy, subtly smoky kick of chipotle deliciousness - you could also try adding them to your chilli con carne..

These are the Bitter Bastards vanilla Bitters, macerated, centrifugally-extracted bitters will add a good deal of vanilla to your drinks.

Wormwood is a vital ingredient in absinthe (some might even go so far as to say it is THE vital ingredient, and they'd probably be right!), so you can bet your bottom dollar that the Bitter Bastards Wormwood Bitters will add an extra flourish to cocktails requiring absinthe or pastis.

These bitters were made to a carefully considered recipe and produced using rapid-maceration to capture the full flavours of the plant while reducing any undesirable notes. It is also centrifugally extracted for clarity with no loss of flavour, and because centrifuges are rad.
