The first bouquet of Chateau Kefraya Myst Rose is fresh with a fine intensity, revealing subtle notes of exotic fruits, lychees and peaches mixed with notes of raspberry and blackcurrant. The second bouquet is still exotic, offering intense notes of passion fruit and mango.
The nose is clear, delicate and complex. The first impression is round and fresh. This wine is refined, delicate and fullbodied on the palate with notes of exotic fruits, cherries and strawberry. The aromatic persistence and finish are both long and sustained.

Its production has been uninterrupted since the inception of the winery in 1868. It is made from the alcohol of estate grown Obeidi and Cinsault grapes, harvested at optimum ripeness, and blended with fresh anise. Since 2015, Domaine des Tourelles grows its own anise in Deir el Ahmar, a village in the district of Baalbek. Their arak is produced inside a hundred-year-old cellar, processed traditionally using a three-stage distillation in traditional alembics, and aged in clay jars. Arak is not sweetened. Serve with water – ice can be added. 53% ABV. Winemaking & maturing Selected from the best vats of red grapes, this wine is obtained by bleeding. After 10 to 14 hours of maceration, fermentation is done at a low temperature (18°C). Once the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wine is racked-off and sulphured to avoid malolactic fermentation. Once it has stabilised, SUNSET is bottled in the spring, to preserve its ripe fruit flavours. Ageing Better appreciated the first year; it can be kept for up to 2 years in a good cellar. Serving This fresh robust wine, with its slightly spicy aroma, is the ideal accompaniment to Mediterranean or Oriental cuisine. It also complements raw vegetables and cold meat. It should be served chilled (8-10°C) in order to reveal its spicy flavour, freshness and balance.
