HOW TO SERVE: White wines are best served chilled, at 10–12°C. Chilling a bottle from room temperature to the perfect serving temperature takes about two hours in a fridge. The sweeter the wine, the cooler it can be served.

Bonanto is a wine-based aperitif with 22% Vol. Alc. 70 cl., and a selection of 30 botanical, among which the wormwood and Mediterranean aromatic plants such as laurel, rosemary, basil and thyme. The Rodnik’s Absinthe Black is an Absinthe produced in Spain. It has a soft aniseed aroma and is ideal for cocktails and long drinks. This Absinthe is made from the best Mediterranean plants and herbs. Rich in wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), it is aromatic and smooth in taste. Due to its high alcohol content, it should be consumed with caution.

Grapes have been grown in this region of Northern Spain  since the 11 century. Arinzano is the first winery in this area to by awarded Spains highest quality classification of Vinos de Pago. This is their top cuvee selected from a double selection of Chardonnay grapes and aged for 11 months in French oak barrels. It displays the elegance and complexity of the soil and climate of the Pago de Arinzano estate. Hints of citrus fruits combine with mineral notes, dry fruits and brioche, creamy and lingering on the palate with exceptional length and balance.

Cordon Negro Rosé's bright, fruity personality envelops the senses in the glass with fresh raspberry and fruit cocktail aromas. The toasty palate mixes strawberry jam and red currant to deliver a pleasant mouth feel, wrapped up in a slow, light, sweet finish.The late harvested Garnacha grape, also known as Grenache in France, collects sun and warmth a month longer than most cava grapes, proffering abilities to build higher levels of sugars, translating to higher alcohol content. The indigenous and rare Trepat grapes, by contrast, are low altitude, low sugar grapes that ripen mid harvest, delivering lower alcohol levels upon fermentation. The combination of the two makes for a delightfully complex, nicely balanced blend with a rosy complexion. At harvest, the grapes are processed separately, then transferred to stainless steel tanks where proprietary yeasts from Freixenet's own collection begin the first fermentation. After 10 to 12 days of interaction with the yeasts in perfect 59 to 63 degree atmosphere of the caves, the wines are racked, fined, filtered, and prepared for blending in traditional méthode champenoise, heralding the second fermentation.

The blush of Cordon Negro Rosé, and the well-balanced acidity are the direct results of the grape varieties and the careful méthode  champenoise process.

The Trepat grape is only planted over 1,000 acres, unique to the soil conditions and climate of the Penedes region of Catalonia, Spain. The wild, red fruit flavors are contributed by the mix of Trepat with Garnacha, which lends a spiced berry nuance to the wine.

 Made with the best varieties of hops and yeast, it stands out for its golden color and its characteristic moderate flavor.
