St Rémy VSOP Bottling Note
A VSOP French brandy from none other than St Rémy, taken from a traditional recipe. The St Rémy folks travelled all over France sourcing the grapes for this expression, with a combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Gamay, Ugni Blanc, Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, all in one bottle! It’s matured in French oak before bottling, and makes a fabulous addition to a whole host of classic cocktails.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Fruity notes of pear, apricot and fig, with a handful of dates, floral oak and a scattering of vanilla pod appearing on the finish.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of MaltFruity notes of pear, apricot and fig, with a handful of dates, floral oak and a scattering of vanilla pod appearing on the finish. | Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label looks beautiful: golden-yellow, with a foaming necklace of tiny bubbles. Next it is so pleasing to the nose: initially reminiscent of yellow and white fruits, then of vanilla and later of brioche. Note the fine balance between the fruity aromas coming from the grape varieties and the toasty aromas, the result of the three years of bottle aging.
