St Rémy VSOP Bottling Note
A VSOP French brandy from none other than St Rémy, taken from a traditional recipe. The St Rémy folks travelled all over France sourcing the grapes for this expression, with a combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Gamay, Ugni Blanc, Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, all in one bottle! It’s matured in French oak before bottling, and makes a fabulous addition to a whole host of classic cocktails.

Fruity notes of pear, apricot and fig, with a handful of dates, floral oak and a scattering of vanilla pod appearing on the finish.
