The art of distillation has been a Nonino Family privilege since 1897. Quality, innovation, research, professionalism and love for their work are their distinctive mark. Nonino distillates in fabulous cocktails and aperitifs for the happiness of the palate and the spirit. This tradition-rich Gran Riserva grappa from the house of Nonino is distilled from fresh merlot pomace. This is fermented at a controlled temperature, then carefully distilled in one of the 66 classic copper stills. The aging is done for 12 years in sherry casks, without adding aromas and/or caramel.
Tasting Notes
Precious with a natural amber color with gold reflections, it expresses a harmonious elegance of sweet aromas of marzipan, raisins, iris, violets and candied fruit that are found in the persistent taste and with balsamic notes.
Food Pairing
Serve at room temperature in a large balloon glass.
