Sauvignon Blanc produced by the famous Mouton Cadet, this white wine is fresh and elegant. Its aromas are reminiscent of citrus fruits, such as lime, as well as green apples and herbal touches. A fresh and delicate wine, with great acidity and a subtle finish.

Origin: Bordeaux, France

Grape Variety: Sémillon

Alcohol Level: 12% ABV

TASTING NOTES

Pale yellow in colour with a greenish tinge. The nose opens on highly expressive citrus fruit aromas, then goes on with airing to reveal delicate floral notes.

After a bright and fresh attack of powerful lime and yuzu flavours, the clean and precise mid-palate is marked by the arrival of intense grapefruit notes, with acidulated touches of lemon and white blossom emerging on the finish.

Pairs well with ceviche, citrus chicken skewers and smoked salmon canapés.
