Metaxa 12 Stars is made with the wine distillates in both medium and heavily toasted oak casks. The time spent in the heavily toasted casks brings out more pronounced oaky and smoky notes to the distillates and, ultimately, to the spirit.

| The perfect balance for the palate of the Fine Busnel makes it an excellent calvados for initiation or use in cocktails. Luminous yellow in color. Fruity, clear aromas of fresh apples on the nose. Balanced with pronounced floral accents on the palate. Long, persistent and subtly wooded finish. Serve as a digestive straight at room temperature. The Fine Busnel is from a blend of different Calvados Pays d’Auge aged for 2 years minimum in oak barrels. She chose only the highest quality grapes from the Petite Champagne, an important cru in the Cognac region. Rémy Martin – VS has aged for at least 2 years in oak casks made from the nearby Limousin forest. It can be enjoyed neat, on ice or even in long drinks with ginger ale. Eye: The spirit is an amber colored liquid upon first glance, but once poured displays itself in more of a copper once out in the open. Tilt the glass a slow twirl and a few tilts to reveal medium-sized droplets. Nose: When the cognac is distilled and aged, it begins to conjure the soft, luscious aroma of ripe peach.
