Powerful aromas of baked pineapple and canned pineapple juice have an earthy core. It’s all spice up front in the mouth, quickly moving to roasted tropical fruits, tenger young ginger, and green bell peppers.
On the nose, smoked agave comes through as grilled meat with a pleasant salinity underneath while splashes of black peppercorn and savory herbs intertwine seamlessly.
On the taste, smoke is apparent as darker sugars and savory herbs add balance to this easy sipper.
