This area is close to the Venetian Prealps and characterized by a climate perfect for this native variety of grape. Venison pressed in the winery. The must obtained is maintained in stainless steel containers at low temperature to keep its freshness. It follows the fermentation in autoclave for nearly 40 days, at a controlled temperature of 14-15° C, with the addition of selected yeasts (the Charmat method). The golden wrapped bottle protects the wine by any source of light, preserving its aroma and freshness thus giving the wine a longer life. Brilliant, with a rich and persistent foam and fine perlage.

Pale bright pink color with warm glints of gold, Elegant, delicate bouquet of fine notes of red fruits and zest of citrus. A light elegant flavour, fresh finish with a taste of raspberry. The Pinot has given structure to the blend while the Chardonnay has given a wonderful elegance and delicacy. A lovely Rosé.This cuvée is an ideal partner as an aperitif and can also accompany a dish of wild salmon or sushi. For dessert, it will add a sublime touch to red fruit flavours.

Vinification: Red fruit is vinified with the saigné method.

The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in closed pressure tanks via the Charmat method to obtain a fine mousse.
