On the nose, delicate notes of cherries and ripe red fruit, typical of Sangiovese and Syrah, mingle with the characteristic balsamic sensations of Merlot. It is produced with Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and a small part of Riesling Renano, whose harvest takes place entirely by hand in the third decade of August.
