Palate: Medium-bodied Rosé, with an acidity that underlines the fresh sensation in the mouth and concludes with a rounded, smooth and balanced finish.

Whispering Angel is today's worldwide reference for Provence Rosé. Its pale color is pleasing to the eye and draws one in. The rewarding taste profile is full and lush while being bone dry with a smooth finish. TASTING NOTE: As you get ensnared by its sensuous charms, the siren-like fresh aroma and notes of citrus and pink grapefruit are only bettered by its smooth and creamy feel on the palate. The flavour is complex, with layers of fruity flavours; testament to the Provence region it comes from. Bright pink color with an intense bouquet, fragrant with strong notes of fruit and hints of violet, delicate flavor with an attractive aftertaste of ripe cherries.

The grapes: 50% corvina; 30% rondinella; 10% molinara; 10% merlot from favoured sites in the Classico DOC zone, on the Veronese shore of Lake Garda.

The vinification: the grapes are picked when perfectly ripe; 70% is vinified by the rosé wine method with contact of the skins with the must for about 24 hours and the remainder by the white wine method without skin contact. The separate fermentation ensures an ideal balance between the aromas and flavours extracted from the skins. T

he wine: bright pink colour; intense bouquet, fragrant with strong notes of fruit and hints of violet, delicate flavour with an attractive aftertaste of ripe cherries.

"Juicy and expressive, this is immediately appealing with nectarine, ripe citrus and strawberry flavours. The palate offers fine texture and elegant fruit weight, nicely framed by bright acidity. There is a hint of creamy notes, making it a real delight to sip. This wine reflect the typical villages from the Costieres de Nimes; traditional and generous. Thanks to a beautiful terroir with a prefer sun exposition gave the wine a rich aromatic panel typical from the region. The beautiful pale pink robe hide a beautiful nose of small red berries. The mouth shows persistent fresh fruit aromas such as redcurrant, cherries and citrus fruit. This Costieres de Nimes will be a great companion for salads, grilled fish or white meat and any Mediterranean dishes or desert. It is also a great wine to be enjoy alone
