This cabernet-syrah displays a deep ruby colour with an intense bouquet of cherry and blackcurrant, enhanced with a delicate spicy note. Beautifully balanced and well-structured, this elegant wine can be enjoyed throughout the meal with all kind of meat and cheese platters.

Serve at 16-18°C.

Grape Variety :A typical blend of 60% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 40% Syrah which offers a unique taste.

Tasting Notes

Colour : Clear, very intense, almost black, garnet red with purple lights.

Nose : Red fruit (cherries, blackcurrants), with notes of pepper and spices.

Palate : Fine tannic body, with notes of pepper, liquorice, fine persistence, and long taste.

A pale colour with golden glints, our Colombard-Sauvignon offers a very expressive bouquet of citrus and lime fruits, revealing a perfect balance between freshness and fruity taste.

A pleasant aperitif, this wine goes wonderfully with platters of seafood and cooked or raw fish. Fresh & crisp Allergy Information Contains Sulphites Grape Variety Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc Tasting Notes A pale yellow colour with soft green reflections, a very expressive bouquet highlighting subtle notes of lime fruit.

Vinification Details The grapes are harvested before they are entirely ripe for perfect health and then crushed rapidly at a low temperature. Fermentated at a very low temperature (12-17°C) to pr eserve all the aromas. Rapidly fined and conserved at a low temperature.
