This single malt Scotch whisky is a testament to the art of blending, showcasing an intricate balance between the spirit and its oak cask maturation. The Amber Meadow, as part of the Harmony Collection, is crafted from a careful selection of European and American oak casks. The European oak imparts rich flavors with spicy undertones while the American oak contributes to its lighter, sweeter notes. The Macallan Distillers is a world-renowned producer of fine spirits, nestled in the heart of Scotland’s Speyside region. This area is famous for its pure water and fertile barley fields, both essential ingredients in the creation of exceptional whisky. The Macallan Distillers has been crafting exquisite spirits since 1824. Over nearly two centuries, they’ve honed their skills to become masters in their field. They’re best known for their single malt Scotch whisky, a drink that’s loved by connoisseurs around the globe. What makes The Macallan so special? It all starts with the ingredients. They use only the finest barley and crystal-clear spring water from their own estate. Then there’s the process: traditional copper pot stills, slow distillation, and aging in hand-picked oak casks. This careful attention to detail results in a whisky that’s rich, complex, and full of character.

THE GLEN GRANT 10 YEARS OLD

displays a bright golden colour with a sweet pear and vanilla bouquet. This elegant single malt dances on the palate with gentle notes of orchard fruits and butterscotch. The finish is satisfyingly long and complex.

This edition of Zubrowka Polish wheat-based vodka undergoes a unique filtration process using charcoal from oaks grown in the Bialowieza forest. Water for production is drawn from the forest's springs, and the wheat its made from is sourced exclusively from Polish farms. Tasting notes: Color: Clear. Nose: Soft aromas, pure, fresh. Unlike Bourbon or Rye, which, by definition must be aged in new oak barrels, the US1 Unblended American Whiskey is aged in a way that utilizes whiskey-soaked barrels to achieve a rich and unique flavor profile. In late 2013, then Master Distiller Willie Pratt agreed to re-release our US1 Unblended American Whiskey after a nearly three-year absence from the market, deeming it “just right” and “the best it’s ever been.” Crucially, the US1 Unblended American Whiskey never contains grain neutral spirits – hence its “unblended” distinction.
