The Macallan Distillers has been crafting exquisite spirits since 1824. Over nearly two centuries, they’ve honed their skills to become masters in their field. They’re best known for their single malt Scotch whisky, a drink that’s loved by connoisseurs around the globe. What makes The Macallan so special? It all starts with the ingredients. They use only the finest barley and crystal-clear spring water from their own estate. Then there’s the process: traditional copper pot stills, slow distillation, and aging in hand-picked oak casks. This careful attention to detail results in a whisky that’s rich, complex, and full of character.

An innovative approach to twice-barreled Bourbon creates the rich and colourful flavour of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. Uniquely matured in separate, charred oak barrels (the second barrel deeply toasted before a light charring) extracts additional soft, sweet oak character. Nose: Rich notes of dark fruit, caramel, sharp honey, chocolate, marzipan and toasted oak. Taste: A full-bodied mix of vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit and spices. Finish: Long and creamy with lingering hints of honeyed apple.

The ingredients and whiskey making process of Jack Daniel’s Bonded is the same as Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey - 80% corn, 12% barley and 8% rye.

After the charcoal mellowing process, new whiskey is placed in select barrels during the same season and aged for a minimum of 4 years.

The finished product is bottled at 50% ABV that is darker & bolder liquid. Jack Daniel’s Bonded is a unique whiskey from Jack Daniel Distillery.

This American whiskey delivers layered flavor notes of caramel, rich oak and spice giving way to a pleasantly lingering finish with a hint of smoke. Enjoy this whiskey on the rocks or in mixed drinks like a Boulevardier.
