Escudo Rojo Rose is made from grapes from the best vineyards in the Central Valley of Chile. Wine Escudo Rojo produced since 1999. Family coat of arms of the family Rothschild is a "Red Shield", which translated into Spanish sounds like Escudo Rojo. Escudo Rojo Rose combines elegant taste traditional Bordeaux wines with bright unique character wines of Chile. Escudo Rojo Rose produced by traditional technology of pink wines "manger" ("bleeding").

Tasting Note: The wine has an elegant and full-bodied taste with notes of red fruit, notes of fresh pepper continuing and ending long aftertaste with hints of cherries and strawberries. It also has an elegant fresh aroma with sweetish notes of red currant and strawberry.

This bright, salmon-pink wine shows upfront fruit aromas of strawberries, rose petals and candy floss, with hints of violets, Turkish delight and raspberries. The palate is elegant and fresh with an ester character and soft acidity that leads to a creamy finish and touch of residual sweetness.This wine can be enjoyed at any occasion, on its own or with meat casseroles, pasta dishes with a tomato-based sauce, stews and meaty pizzas.

"Juicy and expressive, this is immediately appealing with nectarine, ripe citrus and strawberry flavours. The palate offers fine texture and elegant fruit weight, nicely framed by bright acidity. There is a hint of creamy notes, making it a real delight to sip. This wine reflect the typical villages from the Costieres de Nimes; traditional and generous. Thanks to a beautiful terroir with a prefer sun exposition gave the wine a rich aromatic panel typical from the region. The beautiful pale pink robe hide a beautiful nose of small red berries. The mouth shows persistent fresh fruit aromas such as redcurrant, cherries and citrus fruit.
