Matured exclusively in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, Glencadam 10 Years Old displays a natural sweetness, a soft yet spicy oak and clean, crisp citrus flavours. Additionally, this well-balanced single malt is neither coloured nor chill-filtered.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Tangy and fresh with aromas of tropical fruits and citrus bound by a soft vanilla sweetness and baking spices.
Palate: Bright and grassy with layers of pineapple, lemon curd and brioche with citrus zest highlights.
Finish: Clean and crisp with notes of yellow fruits, vanilla pod and nutmeg spices.
ABV: 46%

Like much of the range, it offers very good value for money. Nose: Some dark honey, caramel, allspice, cooked apples and pear drops. Palate: Crisp apples now, nougat, more honey, subtle vanilla, perhaps even some tarragon. Finish: Clean and quite short.
