GinRaw Cherry Bloosom Gin is a smooth and irresistible tribute to cherry blossom with sloe and spice. It is distilled at a low temperature to preserve the flavour and aroma of the botanicals used. The ingredients of this unique gin include only 100% natural ingredients, no dyes or added sugars are used.

The gin has an excellent intensity of aroma. Fresh cherry notes, a hint of green aromas, sloe, spice and juniper are beautifully blended. The palate is full and voluminous on the palate. The juniper aroma is well balanced.

Again, 2 entrepreneurs and 4 masters in different fields are behind the gin production: a perfumer with 40 years of experience in perfumes, the founder of the world’s first dessert restaurant Espai Sucre, a creative mixologist and Spain’s best sommelier of 2012. These people have come together to create the perfect combination of scents and flavours.

GinRaw is only produced in small quantities with 37.5% alcohol content. We recommend serving it with tonic and ice, accompanied by cherries or citrus fruits.

TASTE :Crisp and fruity whites are dry, medium-dry or medium-sweet.

They are typically crisply acidic, which balances their rich fruitiness. You can discern yellow plum, apple and peach notes in these wines. Crisp acids create a fresh finish, making these wines ideal for a variety of foods.

TIPS FOR USE: These wines are an excellent match for savoury starters, pasta and fish and seafood dishes. Try with different kinds of tapas or antipasti, shrimp salad or sushi.

HOW TO SERVE: White wines are best served chilled, at 10–12°C. Chilling a bottle from room temperature to the perfect serving temperature takes about two hours in a fridge. The sweeter the wine, the cooler it can be served.

Grapes have been grown in this region of Northern Spain since the 11 century. Arinzano is the first winery in this area to by awarded Spains highest quality classification of Vinos de Pago. This is their top cuvee selected from a double selection of Chardonnay grapes and aged for 11 months in French oak barrels. It displays the elegance and complexity of the soil and climate of the Pago de Arinzano estate. Hints of citrus fruits combine with mineral notes, dry fruits and brioche, creamy and lingering on the palate with exceptional length and balance.

Its fine bubbles are combined with a nose of peaches, ripe pears, flowers and nuances of tropical fruits. In the mouth, you’ll taste a wine that is creamy yet sweet with a long finish, making it really easy to drink.Freixenet ICE is Medium Dry. For perfect enjoyment, serve it in a large glass over ice or try mixing it with your choice of extra flavours to enhance its intensity.

And do not worry if you are unfamiliar. “You will not have to attend tasting events to enjoy the blue wine, since its taste makes it so easy to appreciate,” say the makers. The wine is produced from Spanish grape varieties and then gets its deep electric color by the addition of anthyocyacin, a natural pigment extracted from the grape peel and the bacon, a natural pigment derived from the egg plant. The builders behind the new drink are six Spaniards. Everything has to do with modernity. “Gik’s consumption is not just about drinking blue wine,” says the ad.
