Escudo Rojo Rose is made from grapes from the best vineyards in the Central Valley of Chile. Wine Escudo Rojo produced since 1999. Family coat of arms of the family Rothschild is a “Red Shield”, which translated into Spanish sounds like Escudo Rojo. Escudo Rojo Rose combines elegant taste traditional Bordeaux wines with bright unique character wines of Chile. Escudo Rojo Rose produced by traditional technology of pink wines “manger” (“bleeding”).
Tasting Note: The wine has an elegant and full-bodied taste with notes of red fruit, notes of fresh pepper continuing and ending long aftertaste with hints of cherries and strawberries. It also has an elegant fresh aroma with sweetish notes of red currant and strawberry.
