First ever non-Rum based product from Dead Man's Fingers!

We made a Tequila. A Tequila Reposado to be exact, and it’s ‘Realmente muy bueno’ as they say in downtown Guadalajara. It’s aged in Bourbon barrels, so you get those wonderfully rounded notes of vanilla and honey. Now, we’re pretty well known for our Rum, and quite right too - but taste this bad boy, and you’ll be calling “Margarita-time, baby” before you know it. Salud!

Simple Serve:
Enjoy neat or for a twist on a Paloma mix our Tequila Reposado together with lemonade over ice and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

A spiced rum created by the chaps behind The Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives (which serves tasty seafood and top rum - sounds excellent to us). This is made using a blend of Caribbean rums alongside a hearty helping of spices.

When ordering, make sure to only ask for measurements in fingers like the cool people in films do. "Three fingers of Dead Man's Fingers please, barkeeper!"

Tasting Note :Pineapple, Seville orange, dried raisins dusted with cinnamon and black pepper. A touch of creamy vanilla develops later on.

Nose: Floral, summer meadow notes, followed by mellow rounded juniper and zesty, citrus freshness.

Palate: Gentle mouthfeel, with initial dry juniper joined by growing sweetness, showing lemon tart & orange marmalade, garnished by a wave of fresh lemon zest, followed by bolder juniper & light dryness, before all the flavours harmonise into one integrated taste.

Finish: Dryness leads, with spicy juniper & a hint of lemon tart emerging.

Gordon's gin is triple-distilled and contains juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, licorice, orris root, orange, and lemon peel, though the exact recipe has remained a closely guarded secret since 1769. It differed from others at the time in that it didn't add sugar, which made it a "dry" gin. It takes ten days' distillation after receiving the wheat to create a finished product of a bottle of Gordon's Gin
