DOC Venezia is a recent denomination established in 2011 to promote the wines of a land with a millenary winemaking tradition. It is located in the eastern Padan Plain and includes the provinces of Treviso and Venice. Here, the climate and environment are particularly suitable for the cultivation of various vines, including Pinot Grigio. This vine is the result of a bud-mutation of Pinot Nero, from which it acquired elegance and refinement.
Color and Appearance :Brilliant, straw yellow with copper tinges. Bouquet: Elegant and refined, with delicate floral notes of elderflower and acacia, and fruity aromas of pear and peach. Pleasant note of almond in the finish.
Taste :Dry, fresh, harmonic, acidity perfectly balanced with the good structure and smoothness of this vine.

Find this and more exceptional selections at Kaasak. | Villa Antinori Bianco is a white that comes from the union of several grape varieties in harmony with each other, coming exclusively from the owned vineyards, which maintains the spirit and principles that characterize the production style of the Antinori house. It is produced with Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and a small part of Riesling Renano, whose harvest takes place entirely by hand in the third decade of August. After a very soft pressing of the grapes, the must is transferred to steel where fermentation starts at a temperature that does not exceed 18 ° C. The wine then ages in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve its freshness and aromatic composition. It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
