Cocktail bitters are spirits infused with flavors, typically from plants, fruits, or spices. Bols Melon is a light emerald green liqueur based on the honeydew melon. Green melon liqueur became a popular cocktail ingredient in the height of the 70s disco boom in drinks such as the Sex on the Beach and June Bug.

Appearance: Clear, lurid bright green.

Aroma: Clean, freshly cut, fragrant, honeydew melon with slight boiled sweet note.

Taste: Slightly syrupy sweet, superbly clean, super ripe honeydew melon with faint banana, mint and peardrops.

Aftertaste: Long peardrop, melon and mint finish.
