Quintessentia is a bitter that originates from an ancient recipe, developed in 1933 by Antonio Nonino. Antonio was in fact passionate about the typical Friulian traditions, in which herbal infusions have always played an important role. He therefore decided to try his hand at producing an Amaro, whose recipe has been revived by the current generation of the family since 1992. A label in which sweetness and bitter flavors blend together in harmony, providing a superlative tasting experience.
Tasting Notes
With great softness, the citrous notes are lessened and it gains great elegance declined in different and enveloping notes. At the beginning autumnal brushwood and moss fragrances that leave way to scents of raisins and passito. Balsamic scents that balance the bitter notes of rhubarb, scent of flamed orange and caramelized vanilla, great persistence and intensity.

Sambuca is produced by the infusion of elder bush and licorice, sweetened with sugar and enhanced with a secret combination of herbs and spices. Originally a celebratory drink for hunters (hence the "Jager"), it's the ideal drink to mark every big win or even a well-deserved weekend. Jager is 70 proof, so you know this liqueur means business. A true classic, the Jägermeister recipe hasn't changed since it was first made in 1878 in Wolfenbttel, Germany.
