ABK6 HONEY is elegant and subtle expressing the floral hues from both the honey and the Cognac: jasmine, violet, honeysuckle and rose petals.

Then comes the warm and delicate sensations of spice and candied orange. These perfumes blend with woody vanilla and toffee.

The perfect balance for the palate of the Fine Busnel makes it an excellent calvados for initiation or use in cocktails.

Luminous yellow in color.

Fruity, clear aromas of fresh apples on the nose.

Balanced with pronounced floral accents on the palate.

Long, persistent and subtly wooded finish.

Serve as a digestive straight at room temperature.

The Fine Busnel is from a blend of different Calvados Pays d’Auge aged for 2 years minimum in oak barrels.

Distilling & Tasting Notes The indigenous grape varieties of Meksassi, Hifawi and Vaitamouni are the essence of this grape-based Eau de Vie. Fulfilling the 3,000-year-old tradition of distilling, this refined drink reflects the aromas and flavors of the impressive Jezzignac terroir. Triple-distillation using fresh Jezzine Spring Water coupled with ageing in oak barrels gives this drink its purity, aromas and diverse tastes. The maturity process does not stop in oak barrels but continues into glass jars for the required period mentioned on the bottle. On the nose, it displays the aromas of smoked wood, dried almonds and walnuts with a hint of marmalade and vanilla. The silky sensation upon tasting is derived from the long ageing process. Courvoisier VS cognac is a blend of several crus aged between three and seven years, composed principally of Fins Bois with a balancing hand of Petite Champagne.

The fusion of younger and older cognacs gives Courvoisier VS a fruity, delicate taste and a bouquet filled with ripe fruit and spring flowers.

Martell VSOP  (Very Superior Old Pale) is a cognac blended from old eaux-de-vie chosen from amongst the best crus in the Cognacregion. L'Or de Jean Martell is a blend of crus from the Les Borderies and Grande Champagne regions.

Tasting's Notes: Golden amber.

Bittersweet softness: lime and liquorice.

Crystallised fruit: quince, raisin and plum.

Spring undergrowth: fresh notes of oak wood (fine grain and hazelnut). Soft, mellow and complex with crystallised-fruit notes.

Martell VSOP Médaillon cognac has an ample, round body. Long finish.
