Taste: two main sensations are noted in the mouth: mainly softness and silkiness.
Characteristic of the 2014 vintage: then a long aftertaste that already indicates that this blend will develop well during maturation. The tannin characteristics are subtle, interestingly “rough” texture on the surface.

Vinification: fermentation in wooden barrels, in stainless steel or concrete.
Characteristics: The wine has a purplish red color with a medium density, it sparkles thanks to the remarkable level of acidity of this vintage (PH 3.60). The aroma is clean and elegant, with primary notes of bigarreau cherry, raspberry, wild berries, light spiciness, followed by notes of macerated cherry.
