Volcán Reposado embodies the perfect union of agave, terroir and wood. At the heart of Volcán Reposado is 100% blue agave from the high-lands, delivering a soft yet rich flavor that is free of additives. Each bottle considers and respects time and the ageing process, consisting of liquid that rests for 135 days in new casks made of American and European oak. This allows for a delicate yet complex interaction between the liquid and the wood and ultimately results in a pleasant release of toasted tobacco notes alongside those of pineapple, light citrus and honey, creating a smooth and balanced finish.

TASTING NOTES: Filtered eight times to achieve a crystal clear color.

Aroma: Complex aroma with sweet, oak, caramel, apple, and floral notes. It embraces the perfect balance found in rare, handcrafted spirits.

Taste: Full body and mouth with cooked agave, oak, aniseed, citrus, caramel, cinnamon, and eucalyptus notes. Pleasant and smooth on the palate.

Finish: Wonderfully balanced with clean flavors and a long, lingering, spicy finish.

Patrón tequilas are handcrafted at the Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico where people are the heart of the process - one that has remained the same since the very beginning. First, skilled jimadors uproot only the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave with the perfect sugar content and transport the heart of the plant to Hacienda Patrón. They’re then hand chopped, baked and crushed by a two-ton volcanic stone tahona wheel and a roller mill.

The agave is then fermented in pine oak tanks and distilled in small batches using copper stills. Each bottle of Patrón is a work of art, meticulously inspected, hand corked and signed.
