The Villa Sparina Gavi di Gavi DOCG is a white wine made from 100% Cortese grapes and perfectly reflects the historic identity of Villa Sparina. This Italian classic is bright yellow in colour with a delicate bouquet of flowers and fruit with a scent of peach. Full and rich in flavour, the complete grape-ripening gives a wine which is lively, fresh and soft on the palate with a wonderful aromatic flavour to finish. Colour: The wine’s brilliance and clarity show pale golden highlights, combined with very fine bubbles that carry an abundant, persistent foam. Nose: Delicate, subtle aroma of wine is revealed mild citrus and herbal undertones. Palate: Fruity with a scent of peach, fresh and well balanced. A pure, rich sparkling wine with a full body and a round texture. Flavorful. Lots of character and beauty.

The Villa Sparina Gavi di Gavi DOCG is a white wine made from 100% Cortese grapes and perfectly reflects the historic identity of Villa Sparina. Villa Antinori Bianco is a white that comes from the union of several grape varieties in harmony with each other, coming exclusively from the owned vineyards, which maintains the spirit and principles that characterize the production style of the Antinori house.

It is produced with Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and a small part of Riesling Renano, whose harvest takes place entirely by hand in the third decade of August. After a very soft pressing of the grapes, the must is transferred to steel where fermentation starts at a temperature that does not exceed 18 ° C.

The wine then ages in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve its freshness and aromatic composition. It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The perfume is fine and elegant, with fruity notes of banana and pineapple alternating with hints of white flowers. In the mouth it shows a balanced wine, pleasantly persistent and mineral. Ideal in the company of light fish dishes, it is excellent to combine with steamed vegetables.
