Wormwood is a vital ingredient in absinthe (some might even go so far as to say it is THE vital ingredient, and they’d probably be right!), so you can bet your bottom dollar that the Bitter Bastards Wormwood Bitters will add an extra flourish to cocktails requiring absinthe or pastis.

These bitters were made to a carefully considered recipe and produced using rapid-maceration to capture the full flavours of the plant while reducing any undesirable notes. It is also centrifugally extracted for clarity with no loss of flavour, and because centrifuges are rad.
