The balance of the fresh citrus fruits and rich melon characters give the wine a full rounded palate that combines well with the subtle creaminess and nuttiness of the gentle oak. Light, yet mouth filling with a pleasant bitterness and musky aftertaste, this flowery wine is both fresh and delicate.

Aromatic nose of wild black berries, jammy black plum, some toasty notes and liquorice. It develops toffee aromas and caramel after a few minutes.

PALATE: The start is fresh, juicy and fruity (blackberry, plum, some mulberry), then develops some spiciness and supple tannins.

The final is long, round and peppery.
